*If your order has not been processed by one of our customer service representatives at the time of your cancellation, no charge will be made.
*On orders that have been approved to be sent to production, you will only be refunded 60% of the total cost of the order if the printing/production process has not begun.
*If the printing/production process has begun, no refunds will be made.
*When proofs are issued, be sure to read/review it carefully. We are not responsible for mistakes on your order after you approve them on your proofs.
Once you receive your order, please examine it immediately. Count all items (individually). Check spelling/graphics and verify that your ENTIRE order is correct. Visual Verbiage, Inc. will not be responsible for claims made after 10 days of the delivery of your order.
If any order were to contain an error or misprint caused by our staff, we will happily reproduce it at no cost to you.
If the mistake is a customer error, we will reproduce the order to the customer's satisfaction and the customer will be responsible for price of the order with a 10% discount in addition to the shipping cost of the reproduced order.
